Scrappy Steps Quilt Fabric Kit

We love the pairing of the Scrappy Steps Quilt pattern from Prairie Quilt Company with a gorgeous bundle Essex linen fat quarters and a pop of lemon for the middle squares.  The pattern must be purchase at https://prairiequiltco.com/products/scrappy-steps-quilt-pattern-pdf.  We made our version slightly different.  We wanted a longer quilt, so we constructed ours using 3 blocks across and 4 blocks down versus 3 blocks by 3 blocks as in the pattern.  To do this, we left off the last “loop” on each block making it a smaller block than what is in the pattern. Our quilt measures 54”x72”. The fabric kit contains fat quarters to make the quilt top only.  Keeping with the scrappy theme, we used our left overs to make a super cute scrappy binding!
