Hi Hive Friends,
October is here—even if it still feels like summer! The skeletons are out, the air is cooling, and it’s officially Spooky Season.
This month’s theme is Goth Garden, and we’re celebrating all the eerie, creepy, and magical bits of the garden:
- ???? Halloween vibes – pumpkins, skulls, bats, black cats, and ghosts
- ???? Creepy critters – insects, beetles, spiders, snakes (yes, the garden needs them!)
- ???? Poison flowers – foxglove, oleander, monkshood, lily of the valley
- ???? Moon flowers – jasmine, primrose, tuberose, and more that bloom by moonlight
???? Make at least 2–3 blocks (more if you’re feeling ahead of the game). Any technique is welcome, just no smaller than 4 ½" unfinished.
This month’s chat: we’re tackling our Top 10 Quilty Fears—from cutting into the “good” fabric to losing your quilting mojo. Bring your tips and tricks to help the hive!
Coming Up:
- November: Fairy Tale Garden ? (Sew Day Nov. 1st)
- December: Rock Garden (Sew Day Dec. 6th)
