We had a suggestion to do a Dirty Santa Exchange during retreat.  How about this...

Do you have an UGLY quilt in your stash you have no idea what you’re going to do with?  Perhaps a project that just didn’t turn out how you thought it would?  Have we got a deal for you!  Bring that quilt to the retreat! We’ll have a Dirty Santa exchange Friday night - maybe that quilt will find a new home - any not finding a new home will be rehomed to a charity group.

What a great idea!!  Participation is optional, but we think it will be fun!
