Good evening ladies, 

I hope you are having a wonderful day and getting ready to celebrate another wonderful New Year's Eve!  I look forward to spending the weekend with everyone.  The focus of this retreat is to relax and have fun with friends and make new friends!

I wanted to give some last minute tips for the retreat.  Please plan to arrive at the Art Nest no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.  The address is 10425 95th Road Southeast, Agency, Missouri 64401.  

Please make sure all of your sewing tools and notions have your name on them as many of us have the same items.  Same with the food and drinks you bring...you might want to mark them as well.  

The Art Nest Retreat Center has a fully stocked kitchen of utensils, pots, pans, etc.   For a detailed list, go the the Art Nest website.  Also, you do not need to bring towels or linens; everything is provided.  You do need to bring your own soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.  There are blow dryers in every room!

On Friday, we are having a variety of sandwiches with sides of bacon ranch potatoe salad, rainbow rotini and fresh fruit.  On Saturday, we are having Sloppy Joes and Tater Totes! 

Please bring your drinks of choice.  There is coffee available, but you might want to bring your favorite creamers or sugar product of choice.   Make sure you bring a cup/glass with a lid!  We do not want any spills in the sewing area!

 There will be a place for community snacks if you want to bring something to share with the group!

And most importantly, don't forget the stretchy pants!!!  Comfort is the name of the game!
