Pick Your Curve!
You’ve seen those rulers that promise easy sew curves. You’ve thought about trying them but you’re a little nervous about straying from the straight and 1/4… or you’ve started a Quick Curve Ruler quilt and never quite taken it over the finish line… This day is all about Curvy Happiness! Join Kelly (A Sew Kind of Wonderful Certified Instructor) and we’ll get you acquainted with SKW’s Quick Curve Rulers and have you sewing curves in no time. We’ll spend the first part of class showing you the 3 rulers and how they work, cutting the pieces and sewing your first curves. After that, you’ll enjoy sewing whichever QCR pattern you’d like knowing that you’ll have help in the classroom for the entire day. Kelly will walk you through the different blocks of your pattern and you’ll leave class well on your way to a beautiful quilt.
Supplies needed:-A Sew Kind of Wonderful Pattern
-Appropriate SKW Ruler used for your pattern and any other supplies your pattern lists
-Sewing Machine in good working order. Don't forget the power cord and pedal.
-Basic sewing supplies - scissors, thread, seam ripper, etc.
-Small cutting mat and rotary cutter
-Small iron and ironing mat
