• Pattern - "Crazy Christmas Trees" by Karla Alexander for Cut Loose Press
• Ruler* - Creative Grids Spider Web Quilt Ruler # CGRKA6 (or a similar 45 degree ruler that is 10" tall). Available at The Fabric Chic
• Pattern & Fabric Kit is available at The Fabric Chic

Fabric:

• 8 green/blue 10" x 10" squares
• 8 low volume (light prints) 11" x 14" rectangles
• Backing fabric - approx 22" x 50"
• Binding fabric - 1/4 yard
• Batting approx 22" x 50"

A kit that includes the pattern and all fabric required (including backing and binding) is available.  The tree fabrics and background fabrics are cut to the size needed!  The ruler can be added on separately

Other Supplies:

• Thread for piecing
• Fabric marker - Chalk or disappearing ink
• Sewing machine
• General sewing supplies and notions.

*Note - To make this quilt without the 45 degree ruler requires measuring and marking cut lines and using a long narrow ruler ( at least 12" long  - 2.5" -3")   The ruler makes the project faster and can be used to make other projects, as well.
