Crescent Tote - Pattern by Noodlehead

In this class we will make the Crescent Tote (pattern by Noodlehead).  This bag is good for an everyday tote, or even a purse.  It has two simple zipper techniques that make a very polished project.

The exterior can be a linen/canvas or quilting cotton and the bag can be made with web handles or leather handles.  An interior zipper pocket and front zipper pocket create a secure place for wallet or keys and the spacious interior has room for all your neccessaries.

Students must have a sewing machine that they are familiar with and a zipper foot or other very narrow foot.

Notions and Supplies:

Wonder clips and pins
One all purpose zipper 12" or longer
One purse zipper 12" or longer
Wonder tape for basting zippers
any other notions you generally use when sewing

Recommended:
Walking foot
Stiletto

Exterior and lining fabric as per the requirements on the pattern
Interfacing and stablizer as per the requirements on the pattern
Thread that matches (or contrasts nicely) with the exterior and interior for topstitching
