Roasterie/Western Auto Paper Piecing Workshop



Join Jenifer Dick of Everyday Stitches and learn to paper-piece the iconic Kansas City Landmark quilt of your choice. In class we’ll review the basics of foundation paper piecing and begin with the easy blocks, progressing through to some of the more challenging blocks. Jenifer will show you her tips and fool-proof hints for successful paper piecing. By the end of the workshop, you will have the skills to tackle even the trickiest paper-piecing blocks!

Instructor: Jenifer Dick
Instructor Bio: Jennifer has been making quilts since 1993, when on a whim, she signed up for a beginning quiltmaking class at a Kansas City-area quilt shop. From that first stitch, she was hooked! Since then she has been making award winning quilts and writing patterns. Today, her and Trisch Price own the pattern company, Everyday Stitches. Jenifer holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She worked as an editor for 7 years before retiring to raise three children. In 2008, she began editing quilting books for Kansas City Star Quilts, where she edited 28+ books for authors such as Bonnie Hunter, Barbara Brackman and Betsy Chutchain.
